The importance of facing life.

"Polite living". It's a phrase we've been hearing a lot for a while now.

By paying attention to the little things in life, you can enjoy your own way of life and feel more relaxed. With a little ingenuity, the ordinary home can become your favourite space, and routine chores can become more pleasant.

But it can take time, effort and money to achieve such a lifestyle. It's hard to keep track of your life when you're so busy. So, how do you achieve a 'polite life'?

This time, we'd like to introduce you to 「FRESH shareAKATSUKA」, located in Itabashi Ward, Tokyo, which reopened in April 2021 with a clean and fresh feel.

The living room has the warmth of a café, and is decorated with unique pictures, creating a very stylish atmosphere. The rooms are spacious thanks to the hanger bar, and there is a lovely device in the room number. There are also various other devices in the house, and it is exactly the kind of place that encourages you to take the first step towards "careful living".

Without trying too hard on your own, you can enjoy a luxurious lifestyle from the start, which is one of the great things about living in a share house.

Let's take a look inside the house right away!

A place of warmth and relaxation.

This living room was inspired by the atmosphere of California.

The spaciousness of the room, with its woody materials and lack of partitions, creates a vintage and liberating feeling, typical of California. By the way, the stylish picture illuminated by downlights was chosen by the president himself.

It's a calm space with a playful and colourful atmosphere, which will make you forget your fatigue and add flowers to your life.

A space where everyone can gather together, and the exchange that comes from that is the true appeal of a share house.

Share your food and enjoy your life.

This space is also made of wood to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

We didn't put a wall in front of the kitchen to emphasise the wood at the front, creating a warm and welcoming space. To keep things clean, the drainer also flows naturally.

Also, because it's in the same space as the living room, you can cook while enjoying conversation with your share mates. It's a great way to share a meal with other people. It's a great way to share a meal together.

By the way, there are shopping streets and supermarkets in the area, so you can spend your time comfortably.

Let's make it.A lovely milieu.

There are 12 rooms in total, two on the ground floor and five each on the first and third floors, designed to make the most of the space available.

Wall-mounted televisions and ceiling-mounted hanging bars are just a few of the ideas that have been used to create a spacious atmosphere. With so much space, you can fit in all the things you like.

You can put your own decorations, books, whatever you like.
