昭和にタイムスリップしてみる。

東京都内唯一の路面電車、都営荒川線。大塚駅から都電荒川線に乗り込むと、まるでタイムマシンに乗り込んだかのような錯覚に陥ってしまいます。ノスタルジックな雰囲気に包まれた車内は、まるで昔の映画のセットに迷い込んだかのよう。

ベルの音で出発する電車にゆりゆられ、窓から見える風情ある街を眺めること約２分。スーパーや八百屋、和菓子屋などに囲まれ、下町情緒が溢れる街”庚申塚駅”へと到着します。

今回は、そんな穏やかな街に建つ女性専用のシェアハウス「ネストシェアハウス大塚巣鴨」をご紹介します！

このシェアハウスのテーマは「大人女子」。パリのアパルトマンをイメージした内装は、すっきりと爽やかな印象を与えてくれます。
大型シェアハウスのような騒がしさはないけれど、入居者との適度な距離感を保った心地の良いコミュニティが広がっています。

「自分の時間を確保しながら、シェアハウスに住みたい。」そんな方には是非、この記事を拝見していただきたい。
それでは早速、リビングにお邪魔していきます。

清潔、快適なシェアスペース。

１階がスーパー、２階がシェアハウスになっている「ネストシェアハウス大塚巣鴨」。外階段を登った先の扉を開けると、T字型の廊下が広がっています。玄関の左に見える部屋に進むと、清潔感のあるリビングが広がっています。

定期的に掃除が行わているそうで、シェアスペースは清潔に保たれています。女性専用ということもあってなのか、訪問した際にも、シェアスペースの綺麗さは目立つほど。施設を綺麗に使うというシェアメイトへの思いやりに、”大人女子”を感じます。

家具もすっきりしているので、清潔感を保てやすそうです。

花が飾ってあるワンポイントに、女性らしさを感じます。

リビングとダイニングの２箇所にあるキッチン。

キッチンは、リビングとダイニングにそれぞれ１つずつ設置されています。どちらも一人で料理をするのには丁度良いサイズ感。コンロがIHになっているところも安心できるポイントです。

自炊のときに何か買い忘れたものがあっても、１階のスーパーに行けば問題ありません。近隣には巣鴨商店街やリーズナブルな八百屋があるそうなので、料理ゴコロに火が付きそうですね。

住まいに「働く」もプラスして。

「ハウスAMOREA」は、登戸/向ヶ丘遊園エリアに新規オープンするシェアハウスです。建物も居室も綺麗な状態に整備され、周辺は再開発地域となっており、目の前には「ギンザフォレスト」が2023年春にオープン予定です。徒歩5分圏内にスーパーやドラッグストア、コンビニが数軒あり、日用品のお買い物に困ることはなさそうです。

シェアハウスには男女共有の12世帯が入居可能で、各居室は14～15m²と広々としています。デスク、ベッド、衣類収納のラックがついており、家具の配置は自由であり、家具のお持ち込みも可能。

また、3,4階はコワーキングスペースとして、ハウス居住の方も8時～22時の間は無料でご利用頂けます。高速Wi-Fiが完備されており、様々なテーブルや椅子が用意されている為、在宅ワークやオンライン会議、読書や資格のお勉強にもおすすめです。

共同スペースにはキッチンがあり、4口ある為、複数人が同時にお料理することが可能です。また、洗濯スペースは男女で分かれており、洗濯機も乾燥機も無料でお使いいただけます。週2回程、清掃業者が入る為、掃除当番などはございません。

「ハウスAMOREA」は、代表者である河原 郁夫さんの出身地である「登戸/向ヶ丘遊園のエリア」に貢献し、恩返ししたいという思いから、地元に住んでくれる方を増やしていきたいという想いで立ち上げられました。「A MORE REAL」を組み合わせた言葉である「もっと・より、リアルな成功を勝ち取ってほしい」という想いから、「AMOREA」という物件名がつけられたとのこと。

見晴らしの良いリビングで。

「NICORI　HOUSE 巣鴨」は女性専用、８世帯の住民が集まる、家庭のようなシェアハウスです。
玄関を入って右にあるドアを開くとキッチンが。

女性専用とあるだけ共有部が綺麗に使われています。そのためか共有部に対する入居者同士のトラブルなどは他のシェアハウスよりも少ない印象です。リビングの広さ、キッチンとの距離感など、良い意味で、懐かしい家庭のような印象を受け、物件に愛着が湧きそうです。

お子さんのいる方も入居されているので、ところどころにお子さん手作りのものも発見できます。
豪華な施設があるわけではないけれど、入居者同士の関係やシェアするマナーのしっかりしているシェアハウスは、よくあるようで珍しく、とても居心地の良い素敵なハウスではないでしょうか。

９階にある共同スペースには、ゆとりある広いキッチンが。こちらのシェアハウスは12世帯まで入居可能ですが、それに比べてキッチンは4つ用意されています。まるで、料理対決番組にでてくる設備のように充実した広さです。

ハウス周りには美味しい飲食店が多いことはもちろん、2023年の春にオープン予定の商業施設「ギンザ　フォレスト」も存在。食材の買い出しも外食も、どちらも便利な立地にあることは助かるポイントですね。

This time we’ll be showing you around “-hug- Ikebukuro”. This is a new share house managed by Kizunaya, a company that specializes in developing share houses with a focus on community and connections between residents, so we were very excited to visit.

The concept of “-hug- Ikebukuro” is a house where you can enjoy analog touches.

The name of the share house, “hug”, was chosen to symbolize something that can be enjoyed through touch, with the aim of “connecting residents through experience”.

As we live in an age of information overload, there are many people who are looking for an original place to live for themselves.
We can’t wait to see what Kizuna House has in store for us in their new shared lifestyle.

I hope to be able to show you one by one later, but upon entering the house, there are board games that will take you back to your childhood.
The coffee is brewed by hand, the music is played on vinyl records, and there are many other things that make the experience even more enjoyable.

If you don’t move the machine, you can’t play.

You have to grind the coffee beans to taste them.

You can’t play a record without changing it.

This is the kind of home where you dare to enjoy the inconvenience of a retro space.

In a time when it is easy for people to lose touch with each other, there are many people who are looking for a warm exchange with other residents.
With a total of 14 households, it’s a community that’s not too small, but not too big either, and for those who are looking for that, I’m sure it’s a very important place to live.

So let’s take a look at what’s inside these hideaway-like retro houses just a 5 minute walk from Ikebukuro.

Retro and relaxing space with everyone.

This is the main common area, the living room.
It’s fun, but also somewhat relaxed, with a nice retro feel.
The board games on the deep brown shelves fit in well with the brightly coloured decor.
The mustard-coloured sofa creates a relaxed atmosphere.

If you get together at the end of the day or on a holiday, you can spread out your board games on the big carpet and have fun. Maybe the giraffe in the corner of the room will keep an eye on the fun.

The first thing you notice in the kitchen is the warm coloured tiles on the walls. The warm coloured tiles create a stylish café-like atmosphere, but with a reassuringly ‘retro’ feel.

The wooden shelves with their coffee makers and pots have an analogue flavour. You can grind your own beans, enjoy the aroma and savour your coffee… It would be nice to have such a slow morning, wouldn’t it?

“BeGood Zoshigaya Station square” is a newly built large sharehouse just opened this September. A 5-minute walk from Kishimojinmae Station on the Fukutoshin Line Zoshigaya or the Toden Arakawa Line. In addition to a large table for ten people, there is a relaxing sofa space in the back. Also, there is a projector on the opposite sidewall. Mellow days around the fireplace

This is one of the OLIPO series of share houses managed by Office Shintou, which we have introduced on this site before. Hearing rumors of the opening of a third venture, we excitedly went to check out of what kind of place they had been created and found a great share house beyond our expectations waiting for us.

Firstly, what surprised us when we entered the house was the 1F lounge that has been furnished with wooden furniture reminiscent of an old wooden ship. There is plenty of space for 13 tenants to live in and use as they please no matter the occasion.

Furthermore, a firewood heater has been set up in the lounge. Gaze at the dancing flames in front of you while settling in a chair in front of the fire and relax your mind. Experience a little bit of tranquility that is invaluable in the hustle and bustle of everyday. And if you go up to the rooftop you will find a wide wooden desk with a great view – a deck almost like that of a ship.

Of course it’s not all about the design. Each room is complete with a washstand among other things and ways to make living easier can be found all over the house. It’s also easy to access, being a 7-minute walk from Otsuka station on the Yamanote line. With furniture, dinnerware and cutlery all provided, all you need to worry about is what kind of voyage you will embark on with the rest of the crew (or your housemates, that is!).

A spacious lounge to enjoy many a conversation.

This is the lounge, a place to relax and eat, drink and talk with everyone. There are about 20 seats provided for the 13 tenants so there is ample space for everyone to get together and chat as a group. You can wear shoes in lounge and hallway so it might be a good idea to change into sandals or something when you return to the house.

The kitchen, the main event

The kitchen in the lounge has been raised higher than the rest of the area and makes you feel like you are cooking on a stage. It has everything from basic cookware including dinnerware, as well as a gas stove and hotplate and even a Taiyaki maker, perfect for entertaining.

Big windows and a living room everyone will love to hang around in.

Edoya-so has been built in a small alley down the hill from JR Komagome station. Located in a renovated building that once housed a ramen noodle shop, vestiges of its past can be seen with the long counter and shelf on which you can just imagine was placed many a ramen bowls during its heyday. Heading through the front door your eyes are met with the large kitchen and living area complete with a table handmade by the owner himself. According to the owner, tenants just naturally come to hang out in here, and I can understand why.

The house doesn’t cater exclusively to foreigners, but hearing the owner tell me that a lot of foreign exchange students and backpackers come to stay I unconsciously thought to myself that the reason was because the environment here is one in which you can get in touch with traditional Japan and Japanese culture. There are both dormitory and private rooms, and in spite of the house being only a 3-minute walk from Komagome station dormitory rooms are available for 33,000 per month. Those who want to keep costs down should at check this place out at least once.
