If only I could feel more of the goodness of Japan and the world in my daily life. If I could learn languages and experience various cultures. If you can do such things, your daily life will be more fulfilling than ever.

The sharehouse we’ll introduce this time is “International Shared Residence/Flat Bolero Jodoji” in Kyoto.

The concept of the house is “Enjoy Kyoto. Enjoy the world. It’s a designer share house where you can easily enjoy an international lifestyle.

Located on the site of a former Kyoto restaurant, this newly built designer share house was designed and supervised with a Zen motif, incorporating modern design while retaining the traditional atmosphere of Kyoto.

Located in the quiet Kitashirakawa area, the house is close to tourist spots such as Nanzenji Temple and Ginkakuji Temple, as well as the Karasuma and Kawaramachi areas, which are popular among young people in Kyoto, only 20 minutes away by bicycle or 15 minutes by bus, so you can enjoy living in Kyoto in all seasons. In addition, the nearest Jodoji bus stop is a 1-minute walk away. The location is also convenient for commuting to school and work.
Since most people in Kyoto live by bus or bicycle, this is an attractive area where you can live a life that is typical of Kyoto.

So let’s take a look at the inside of the house!

The living room, with its Japanese atmosphere and open atrium, is a two-story building that is actually three stories high, making the seven-meter-high space feel more spacious.
The walls are decorated with calligraphy by calligrapher Kashu Enohara, adding a gentle touch of color to the room. It’s great to have such a stylish place to spend time with your housemates.

The sink is made of scratch-resistant ceramic. For parties and those who love to cook, there’s also an oven and Tefal pots and pans with handles that can be removed to serve food straight to the table. You can enjoy cooking in a share house. It’s very appealing.

How was it?

You can really feel the traditional atmosphere of Kyoto in this house. In addition, “International Shared Residence/Flat Bolero Jodoji” actually offers Japanese lessons once a week by volunteers. Japanese lessons are offered by volunteers about once a week. The lessons are held in small groups, and the program is tailored to each student’s level, making it easy to take semi-private lessons. The lesson fee is 500yen per 90 minutes, including the cost of materials. It’s also attractive that you can take a lesson easily for just one coin.

Architect Naoyuki Hashimoto, who designed and supervised the project, created this “International Shared Residence/Flat Bolero Jodoji” with the hope of creating a base for international exchange for young people in the future.

In this house where people of various nationalities and generations gather, you can enjoy a pleasant life where you can come into contact with cultures and people you’ve never met before. Why don’t you consider it?

This house is a 3-minute walk from Senbayashi Omiya Station on the OSAKA METRO Tanimachi Line and a 10-minute walk from Senbayashi Station on the Keihan Railway. A new share house, “KAE OSAKA,” will open in this vibrant city full of shopping streets!

”KAE OSAKA” is named with the two meanings of “going home” and “getting home.” t was designed as a multicultural traditional town share house, combining the culture and people of Osaka, in addition to cross-cultural exchange with people of many different nationalities. One of the attractions of “KAE OSAKA” and its concept is “urban-ness and traditional town-ness.

The property is surrounded by public bathhouses, shopping streets, and riverbeds, giving it a sense of security and nostalgia typical of a traditional town area. The riverbed is rich in nature and very wide, and many people enjoy relaxing by looking at the river, taking a walk, running, or having a BBQ. Such a traditional town feeling will become a part of your life, and you will be able to spend relaxing days that you cannot find in the city.

On the other hand, the nearest station, Senbayashi Station, which is a 3-minute walk from the property, has a thriving restaurant district and offers the convenience of an urban area. For those who want the comfort of the city, but also want the nostalgia and peace of mind of a traditional town area, and are looking for a hybrid of the two, this may be the share house for you.

This 3-story house has a shared space on the first floor, and living space on the second and third floors, with the third floor reserved for women only. The shared space is a living/dining room style, with the kitchen and living room integrated into one. When we visited, we were surprised to be greeted by large sofas like those seen in foreign TV dramas and a stylish horizontal bar counter like those found in cafes. Sitting here, everyone watches movies or eats dinner together…. It was the kind of space where you could imagine that if the people living together could strike up a conversation, they would naturally become friends.

This house is near a station, with easy access to Osaka Station and Umeda Station. The shopping district in front of the station, which is said to be one of the least expensive in Osaka, is lined with friendly local stores from clothing stores to bars, so you can look forward to coming home every day.

Let’s have a quick look inside of this house!

When we enter from the entrance, the first thing that comes into view is the fluffy sofa that appears in overseas dramas. It is a spacious space where everyone can gather and relax. A simple interior and wallpaper arrangements create a unified and peaceful area.

As you can see from the back of the picture, the living room and kitchen are integrated with a large counter, so you can cook rice and eat in the living room, sit down on the counter and watch TV, and use it freely. It may be fun to find your favorite places. They designed the resident to pass through this living room to return to their private room from the entrance. After my visit, I felt once again that the house will be a place where a warm community will spread, and that it will provide a gentle push to such people.

This house is managed by Nippon Rays Inc. They also run other share houses, and this is their third house. They even made their design and furniture choices. We asked them for the recommend point of this house.

By travelling, you will bump into many new things. Not only people, but anything such as cities, view, foods, and cultures, including both material or non-material. Plus, almost every time, travelling has its ending set with good-byes. It may be because we know that eventually it’s all going to end, that we are moved by things we encounter and feel all so ephemeral.

I personally think that living in a shared house is similar with traveling. Imagine living with strangers who are different in almost everything, from the place you are born, nationality, or what we value. They just happen to move into the same house at the same time as you. It is filled with new experiences. You will meet people and learn cultures that you may not encounter in your ordinary life. “Living” and ”Traveling” seems poles apart, but shared house, which is a new style of living, can be a bridge between those two.Today, I’m introducing to you travel lovers a shared house in Osaka prefecture. It is located at Sumiyoshi-ku Bandai, where you can easily access to Namba station and Tennoji station in Minami district. This residence’s concept is to connect those who love three things; traveling, books, and a coffee.

Don’t you think it’s fluttering to live a life with each encounter becoming one of your precious memories? Coincidently, opening party at the house was held at the same time as the day of our shooting, so I will tell you all about the event, too!

“Kizunaya Shsarehouse -hitotoki- Osaka Tezukayama”, the residence I’m introducing to you today, stands at Tezukayama, one of the exclusive residential districts in Osaka. It is quiet and neat residential area, with lots of mansions in neighborhood.

To Tezukayama station to shared house is approximately 8 minutes on foot. On the way, there’s a park called Bandai pond park, providing relaxing space for people living nearby. You can walk around and enjoy the changes of seasons in full nature.

You will also find a stylish café called “Shinrinsha” near the house, making it easy to have lunch outside whenever you like. At the atelier next to it, they hold pottering classes.

Now, let’s look inside the house! “Kizunabito Share house -hitotoki- Osaka Tezukayama” is a full renovation of apartment standing along the National Route 30. From 3rd to 5th floor is the residence and the entrance is on the 3rd floor. The above picture shows the spacious entrance hall.

By entering inside and opening the door in your right, it connects to the main lounge. “Hitotoki”, the word used as the name of the shared house means “momentary”, but it also comprehends the theme “hito=people to=and ki=a tree”. This room is designed to make people gather around at the big tree standing in the center of the table.

Natural and warm colored interiors produce the warm and relaxing atmosphere.

Plenty of sunlight pours into the room, providing enough light in the daytime.

Kitchen is at the far end of the living room. There’s lots of space for several residents to cook at the same time.

It is a standard system kitchen, nothing extraordinary, so you probably won’t need any help to figure things out and get to cooking right away.

Look, there’s many magazines about coffee on the living room wall rack.

Now, let’s move on to the bathrooms. Bathtubs and shower rooms are all located on the 3rd floor.

Shower rooms and bathroom with bathtubs are one each. This picture shows the bathroom.

Have you been wondering what this wooden door on the left is? Surprisingly, this is sauna booth! You can enjoy sauna at your house. Isn’t it fascinating?

Bath tub is wide enough and will help you take a good night sleep after sinking and relaxing in it. Don’t you just love bathing?

Next, we’ll check the 4th floor! This spiral staircase will lead you to it!

Here is the sharing library where residents can bring their books and leave them for others to read. Lie on the floor and enjoy sharing your interests and knowledges with house mates.

You can take a sneak peek into each other’s mind by sharing your favorite books. It will be a great opportunity to know each other even more.

The books already prepared on the shelves are all so interesting with various genres and even picture books.

There’s a big terrace outside the window of the sharing library. In this extremely hot weather, it’s difficult to use the space in the day time. But at night, you can grab a drink or chit chat with your house mates. It can be your hide out space to spill out things you cannot say in public.

As you can see in the picture, there’s a convenience store right in front of the house. You can shop whenever you need to.

Two laundry machines are on the 5th floor.

Going outside from the laundry room, you will find the space to dry your laundries after washing.

Lastly, let’s check out the rooms! There are 8 individual rooms.

The size differs slightly, but in average, 8-12 square meters are assured in every room.

Here at room 502, there’s this huge closet with ample of space for living solely.

At the room on the 5th floor, there’s window in the ceiling providing enough light at the daytime. No need for electricity! Not only the main lounge, but also each room is designed to implement comfort living.

While we were at house touring, preparation for the opening party has been proceeding. From now on, I will show you specifically about the party held on the day of shooting.

Going near the kitchen, I found lots of delicious looking meals set ready on plates.

The person in the picture is a special guest for the event. I will introduce him later on.

Don’t forget about drinks. They have prepared bar-like varieties including original cocktails perfect for the summer.

After many people squeezing in at the main lounge, the party started with greets from Mr. Hiraoka, the representative of Kizunabito. More than 30 people gathered today for this event.

This picture is just the moment of toasting. Look how everyone is smiling.

Everyone, from grownups to little kids are the guest of the house today. This probably is one side of attraction of the shared house, with people enjoying conversations regardless of their age, gender, or nationality.

Great smiles everyone!

Now that the place is warmed up after talking, I would like to introduce the special guest today. He is the famous traveler chef, Naoyoshi Motoyama.

If you’re a cooking-lover, you might have seen his book at stores. This recipe book introduces how to cook 196 country’s local foods, and he’s the one who supervised the piece. Mr. Motoyama is extremely busy developing products, attending events, and giving lectures all around the country. Kizunabito has offered passionately for him to join the opening party, and now, here he is.

The foods offered at today’s opening party were all prepared and cooked by him. Lots of local foods which fits perfectly to the theme “traveling” was lined up. He explained to us how he became as he is now by picture-story show. Let me share his story. He first became interested in traveling when he learned about India.

He used to be a chef at French restaurant but became obsessed with spice when visiting India with his costumer who was Yoga teacher. Once he came home, he started working at an Indian restaurant.

Since then, he has been traveling all around the world whenever he has a free time and learned and acquired how to cook local foods by communicating with residents. He visited over 30 countries. “Travelling Chef” fits perfectly for him.

Recently, he was consulted by government the ways to get rid of Trachemys scripta (red-eared sliders) which increased too much in numbers and has a risk of destroying ecosystem. As a solution, he developed a world’s first boil-in-the-bag food using them as ingredient. It was a rough path to come up with cooking method and handling the hard carapace, but eventually he made it into a product that can be sold.

Since then he has been producing boil-in-the-bag foods of local dishes and calling them the “series of fine appetite worldwide”, wishing to make lots of people to easily experience the culture of different countries.

I will introduce you some foods provided at the event! This one in the picture is called “Bhajia”, an African croquette with beans in it and tomato sauce on top.

This one here is from Romania. A quiet interesting putty made from paste of eggplant.

Main dish is local food from New Orleans in southern part of US called “Gumbo”. Originally, they eat as a soup, but it goes so well with white rice!

This soup is called “Ajiaco” from South America. Potatoes, giant corns, and avocado is in it. Every dish was not weird at all as I imagined, and although some of them tasted unfamiliar, I found them very delicious.

After eating, we had original blend coffee of Kizunaya. I enjoyed all three flavors.

There were also some activities that every nationality or gender can enjoy. People concentrated on working them.

The event was a full success! They closed the party, not by Japanese’s traditional style of hand clapping, but by showing palms of their hands in a call. Showing one’s palms were probably intended to communicate the concept of this share house, such as connecting people and sharing values.

Recording the memories by taking pictures together! Many people from various backgrounds joined the event, and I assume this circle is going to grow even bigger.

If you are interested in these three keywords, “travel”, “coffee”, or “book”, then please go and see the house for once! Thank you staffs and everyone gathered at the event!

How did you like it? The shared house “Kizunaya Share house -hitotoki- Tezukayama” I introduced you today is run by Kizunabito Inc.

They already have been running 4 other shared houses in Tokyo and nearby areas. The main feature of the houses run by Kizunabito is created by Mr. Hiraoka, the representative himself.

Reading blogs, looking into their SNS, or attending events, you can sense that the residents gets along so well, even with residents at other shared houses. The reason why they are so friendly is that Mr. Hiraoka is willing to enjoy with them despite of his position as an owner. It takes away resident’s hesitation and make them go jump right into the community.

Gorgeous facilities and comfortableness can be one aspect of attraction, but the main feature is the community that the house creates.

Meeting and spending time with your share mates all becoming lifetime memories to cherish. Why don’t you start your shared house life if interested in travel-like living?

Today, I am introducing you “SEN OSAKA -TESEN-” located at Higashi Sumiyoshi-ku, Osaka city.

Higashi Sumiyoshi-ku is the 3rd biggest district in Osaka city, extending from south to north. Feature of the district is that there are few slopes and that there are not so much of rental apartments, but is lined up with condominiums and houses for sale and people tend to live there for a long term. Nagai athletic field, one of the famous athletic field in Japan used for international events, is also located here at Higashi Sumiyoshi-ku! Cerezo Osaka, soccer team of J1 league has headquarter here. The team is famous for having enthusiastic fans. This may be a reflection of people’s strong sympathy towards the town.

It takes 5 min to walk to “Sen OSAKA –TESEN-”from both 2 nearest stations which are Komagawa Nakano station of Tanimachi subway line and Imagawa station of Minami Osaka Kintetsu line. Tanimachi subway line is second busiest subway line in Osaka, next to Midosuji line. You can say that it is one of the most important lines in the big city Osaka.

Now, you can’t miss the Komagawa shopping street, the other reason why I recommend living in this town. Citizens from other prefecture may not have known this place, but it is one of the representative shopping streets in Osaka. You can feel how much the town connects strongly and is familiar with the residents’ lives. Aside from the share house community, you can also be a part of the town community.

Japan Raise Inc., the management company of “SEN OSAKA –TESEN-” also runs “Hostel Mitsuwaya Osaka”in another department, once chosen as one of the 43 fanciest guest houses in the world. In addition, more smaller sized share house “ZEZE OSAKA –TESEN-”is open almost at the same time as SEN in Jouto-ku. Every one of them is designed by the same designer, making it very fascinating. The company has brought one community to another in Osaka and had raised the level of the share house in Osaka exceedingly. Interesting company’s existence lightens up the town.

So much for the explanation, let’s now go and look at the large scale share house!

Big living room awaits you after you enter the door. It makes you feel like crying “I’m home!” out loud. With open kitchen, you can talk with each other when cooking. You cannot expect the size this big for standard house. Although the size, it is well designed for you to feel the warmness of the home.

Today, we are introducing you “ZEZE OSAKA –TESEN-” located at Jouto-ku, Osaka city. Jouto-ku is one of the 24 wards in Osaka and is said to be the safe district with lots of family type apartments. Since many residents live with their family, you can find huge supermarkets, electric store, and general hospital within walking distance, making the town squeezed with all the needed facility for living.

Calm and quiet atmosphere is the feature of Jouto-ku, with comforting distance from the central part of Osaka. Nearest station is Imafuku Tsurumi station, 5 min walk from house and will arrive at Osaka station approximately after 30 min ride without any train transfer. If you have time, like on weekends, it’s nice to take a ride on a bus to the Osaka station. It will take little more time than by train, but you can just sit, relax, and enjoy the scenery. To the Shinsaibashi station, famous downtown in Osaka, it only takes about 20 min ride by subway without any transfer. Isn’t that convenient?

“ZEZE OSAKA -TESEN-” located in the narrow aisle is newly built share house which is unlikely in the share housing business. The keyword and feature of the house is put it into these two words; “sophisticated fanciness” and “dense share life”. Owner of the house is a company which run stylish “Hostel Mitsuwaya Osaka”, chosen as one of the world’s top 43 guest house. “ZEZE OSAKA -TESEN-” inherits the spirit, designed by the same artist as the hotel, making the sharehouse residents’ mutual communication comfortable and make them feel at ease. From exterior to interior, precise consideration was made, which I can guarantee that it’s extremely unique compared to other share houses in Osaka.
Now with expectation rising higher, let’s look into the house for real!

How did you like it? The share house “ZEZE OSAKA -TESEN-” I introduced to you today is run by Nihon Raise Inc.
There’s still few newly built share house in Osaka like this one. If you’re planning to start a new life here in Osaka, this house definitely be one of the great choices. With utilizing know-hows of running “Hostel Mitsuwaya Osaka”, I expect that mid-long term community management will succeed in their own way. For the sharing space in the house, there’s a plan to hire cleaning staff, eliminating burden and conflict among residents. You may share hobbies and your abilities, what you are good at, mutually with residents, and will be able to spend great time together. The designs are thought well of the residents’ daily life and enhancing communications. You can have your private time in the individual rooms whenever you want. Also with bar type living room and mid 2nd floor study room, you may enjoy the warm, secure, and creative life with your housemates. If you’re moving to Osaka for work or college, this definitely is my recommendation.

The share house “SEN OSAKA -TESEN-” opening at the same time as “ZEZE OSAKA -TESEN-” also is a great choice. This one is more bigger in scale with residents up to 32 accommodable. Please carefully select according to your style.

Trip and traveling is similar word but different in meanings. Purpose of “trip” is sightseeing and the destination is decided from the beginning . On the other hand, “travel” embraces whole process of getting to the destination. Well, at least that’s what I interpret. There are things you can only appreciate at the place, like the nature, experience and communication with local people. Sometimes you can encounter travelers like yourself. Enjoying these kinds of incidents is the best part of traveling.

Focusing on “people”, there are some points you can experience the similar feeling by living in the share house. Feature of the share houses such as rapid change of residents compared to apartment and sharing space for residents to communicate enables to build relationship with many people in short terms. Difference between share house and traveling is the strength of connection. Although the term is said to be short, you will be sharing household for more than half a year with other residents. Meanwhile, bond like a family will be created among residents.

The share house we introduce you today has concept of “travel”. Travel lovers with various personalities are thought to gather at the share house. I have joined the opening event and private viewing precedent to the official opening this spring. Let’s get a sneak peek inside right away!

Tabicco, the huge share house we introduce today is located in calm resident district, 10 minutes walk from Settsu station of Hankyu line in Osaka. It was once a company dormitory.

Up to 30 residents can live here. Entrance is broad enough so you won’t feel stressed out with many people going in and out.

Near the entrance, there’s a concierge’s room which no longer has been used. It is the remains from the company dormitory. Please don’t enter since it has not been used for some time.

The isle on the right leads to living room. The sign says “Reception is here”. Private viewing event was held on the day we visited.

This is the photo of the living space we shot before the event. It’s neat and very clean since it has just opened.

At the center, symbolic tree of tabicco is standing, growing straight to the ceiling. Pictures of memories here at tabicco is planned to be tied to the tree branch. The idea to resemble pictures as a leaf is very unique!

There hangs a hammock besides the tree.

The room looks bigger from this angle. You can go to the kitchen straight from the living room.

There are 3 cooking stoves and 2 IH plates. You probably won’t feel inconvenient event when the timing of cooking overlaps.

A red pot looks nice in the kitchen. Good thing about share house is that there’s full line up of dishes and cooking items needed for living.

From now on, we would like to follow the people gathered for private viewing.

Seeing it for the first time, they seem to be fully interested at the share house.

People are looking into this shower box. Compared to the ordinary share house, you may get the impression that the dressing space is bigger.

Don’t worry! There is bathtub for those who want to soak in.

Near the entrance is a bathroom exclusively for women.

This is it! The bathtub is wide enough to fit 2-3 people at the same time. Big bath is pleasant to take every day.

Enough viewing the 1st floor, let’s move on to the second floor of private rooms.

By climbing up the steps with sunlight pouring

you will get to the room with both bathroom and laundry, and the isle that leads to private rooms.

The bathroom has bidet function and a heated seat!

The layouts are similar on the third floor but space with bathroom is exclusively for women. Slightly special than the second floor!

It’s great to have a big mirror when putting on a make-up

The place has 2 washing machines on the third floor.

And this is the room of the tabicco.

This room is designed as a model room for women.

The wall paper differs in each room so you can pick one of your favorite as long as it’s vacant.

Every room has a closet this big. No worries for people with lots of belongings.

In addition to 3 floors of spaces, there’s rooftop free to use.

Above your head you can see beautiful blue sky of Osaka. They covered up the floor with wood tiles recently. You may enjoy BBQ with your share house family.

Just about the time we finished looking around the tabicco, setting for the event has been completed in the living room.

Beer bottles are lined up. The brands are from all over the world. I see, it’s to travel the world through beer.

Like a wine list, there were lists of the names and character of each beer. You may understand the feeling of drinking local beer when traveling.

The meal served was combination of Osaka and the countries around the world. The base is Takoyaki, the Osaka’s soul food, and there combined different country’s appetites. They were all so delicious and had sold out in a blink of an eye.

Confirming that everybody took a bottle of a beer, along with the toast of manager, opening party begins!

Since some were rare brands, the beer sold out fast, too.

How did you like it? The share house “tabicco” we introduced today is run by Kizunabito Inc.

They use the best of their knowledge of running 4 share houses of their own brand to build the first share house in Osaka of 30 residents. The core concept of the Kizunaya brand is “Finding second family”. They throw events that enable to deepen the relationship between residents. At tabicco, they plan events with theme of travel as it is the concept of the share house. As for now, it is due to invite teacher every month to hold a cooking class with theme of dishes around the world. You may encounter recipes with less chance of learning and eating without this opportunity. This could make you interested in various countries via food.

For those with great experience in traveling or even beginners, tabicco will provide you a chance to meet people with same interest and further more “making family-like friends”. Travel around the world starts here at tabicco. How about traveling with your share house family?

A new, 13-room sharehouse in Osaka — what new stories await us at Ama Share Osaka?

Ama means ‘love’ in Latin. The thoughts and feelings of each housemate merge together in a shared living environment to create a special lifestyle for all. While there are many chic and stylish sharehouses renovated from old properties, this house in particular has been newly constructed. Its white color-scheme creates a remarkably clean, fresh impact. One special feature of the property is that the living room opens out onto a verandah, achieving a spaciousness to the communal area. This property is everything one needs in a sharehouse.

The house is located on the corner of Route 26 and the Tsurumibashi Arcade, right in front of the entrance to the arcade. With bargain supermarket Tamade nearby, it’s a great area to live in on a budget. Also, nearby subway station Hanazonocho station on the Yotsubashi line is only a 1-minute walk from the house. The Yotsubashi line is a convenient route to places like Umeda (Nishi Umeda Station) and Namba. Nishi Umeda station is right near Osaka station. The line also runs through business district Motomachi, making an easy commute for office workers.
This sharehouse is 5 minutes to Namba, 15 minutes to Nishi Umeda and close to the city center.

Let’s have a look inside the property.

An apartment building built in the same year as the 1970 Osaka World Expo restored as a sharehouse.

The ABC House Takezono interior is completely new due to a full reformation. Its main feature is the bamboo grove beside the building, which can be viewed from the north-facing windows and creates a pleasant atmosphere within the house. The grove is a very valuable piece of land in the city, so much so it has been chosen as one of the top 100 natural areas to be preserved in Japan. There is also the large Hattori Ryokuchi Park a 10-minute walk from the house, said to be the size of 33 Koshien stadiums.

This property is not in the Osakan countryside, however. It’s actually a sharehouse that has not one, but two local train stations.

ABC House Takezono is located in an exclusive residential district in one of the best areas in the Hokusetsu area. The residential area near local train station Hankyu Senriyama station was modeled after Letchfield, England’s garden city. From another nearby station, Ryokuchi Koen station, commuters can catch a train on the Midosuji line, also known as the main artery of Osaka’s public transport system. It takes 13 minutes to reach Motomachi (home of Osaka City Hall), Yodoyabashi, and business district Umeda, and 20 minutes to reach Shinsaibashi.

Situated in the Hokusetsu area of Osaka, ABC House Takezono is a high quality sharehouse that will make you want to live there. SIL, the company behind the house, wanted to create something that they themselves would want to live in, and so ABC House Takezono with its top notch facilities and its friendly hospitality was born. The best thing about the house, though, is its safe and secure environment surrounded by greenery. The Hokusetsu area is also a popular place to live in Kansai, and while rent prices may generally be a touch high, living in a sharehouse will ease the burden on your pursestrings.

This sharehouse is also great for people who are thinking about living in a sharehouse for the first time. The famous Kansai University is just 2.5km away, accessible by a 10 or 15 minute bike ride. It’s also most suitable for working men and women, with commuters being able to ride the Midosuji line from nearby Ryokuchi Koen station. If you’re bored with your life living alone in a studio apartment, consider embarking on a new shared lifestyle at ABC House Takezono.

A sharehouse with a rooftop, surrounded by the lush green hues of nature all the while living in the city. ABC House Takezono is a new property with a lot to offer, and I hope the current residents, as well as those who are yet to move in, help to nurture the house into becoming a new community within the Hokusetsu area.
